Short Reading Review

In my daily web surfing, I came across some short stories about “The End” and it turn out there is a lot apoc/post-apoc genres. My favorites among the many creative stories were the books Tupac Shakur and the End of the World by Sandra McDonald and Finis by Frank L. Pollack. The short story by Sandra McDonald is about really enjoyed reading the authors different versions of the apocalypse in their short stories because they were very original. In short story by Sandra McDonald the collapse of human society is started by this disease called the Creep that starts off with a bump or a bruise or two on the body but, then slowly freezes the body, paralyzing it.  The story reminds little bit of what the started the zombie apocalypse in my world. I also liked that main character Susan Donoghuev added a sense of humor to the dreadful situation of the arise of the deadly disease. My other favorite Finis by Frank L. Pollack is about a new star, a super sun even greater then sun that we currently obit around that is soon to be seen all around the world, but unfortunately the rays of the new super sun turns everything it shines on into flames. I liked this story because I have never read anything quite like it and freshening to know that an author write something that do not align with typical apoc/post-apoc.
